Who You Are:
We are seeking candidates who are hospitality oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Seeking a hospitality minded candidate to work as a front-office Receptionist. *Will perform telephone, reception, and general clerical duties.
This position is PRN and will not have a set schedule or regular hours; this position will be able to pick up shifts when other associates are off.
Your availability must include day shift Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Opens and closes the reception desk and properly secures all files, keys, and equipment.
- Answer telephones in a timely manner and communicate effectively.
- Sort and distribute mail to residents accordingly.
- Operates a two-way radio system to dispatch messages to appropriate personnel.
- Ensures that all visitors check in/out via the Accushield kiosk at the Concierge Desk.
- Makes copies and or sends faxes for residents when requested.
- Assists residents with check cashing, during designated dates/times.
- Maintains the transportation schedule and coordinates transportation for appointments for residents when requested.
- Maintains Guest Room Reservations for guest rooms via Skedda.
- Maintains the Out-of-Town resident log and Transportation Schedule.
- Respond to alarm systems including the Simplex Fire Control Panel, Companion One resident emergency Pendant Alarm System and facilitate effective communication between appropriate personnel.
- Assists residents in entering requests in the TELS work order system when requested and answers general questions.

Requirements
- Education: High School graduate with some college preferred.
- Experience in Receptionist position, where good communication and customer relations skills are essential.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English effectively, using proper speech and grammar.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year Reception experience is required.
