We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team in Eagle, ID.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while providing essential administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Keep kitchen and common areas well stocked and organized
- Handle package drop offs and other errands as needed
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role

- Personal reliable transportation required
