Job Description:
In this role, you will manage front office operations and provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the firm. You will serve as a key connector between clients, attorneys, and staff, helping maintain seamless communication and workflow.
Your work will help ensure that clients receive the exceptional level of service Ragab Law Firm is known for.
You will assist our team with the following:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage conference room scheduling and prepare meeting spaces for client meetings.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
- Assist with client intake processes and ensure accurate entry of client information.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including document preparation and organization.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering and inventory as needed.
- Support firm events, meetings, and internal coordination efforts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with billing coordination, file management, and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements for the Receptionist Role:
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or client-facing role (law firm or professional services environment preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
The hourly compensation for this position ranges from $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
