Pay: $25–$28/hour (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (onsite)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide a high-quality experience for visitors, clients, and employees. This role serves as the face of the office and requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. In addition to reception responsibilities, this individual will assist with broader office coordination tasks and have the opportunity to grow into a more advanced operations role over time.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Guest Services

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
  • Manage guest check-in procedures, including visitor logs and badge distribution
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

Meeting & Office Coordination

  • Schedule conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Prepare meeting spaces, including setup and basic AV support
  • Ensure rooms are stocked, functional, and ready for use

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance including email communication and clerical tasks
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, coordination, etc.)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Facilities & Operational Support

  • Report and track maintenance or facility-related issues
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management as needed
  • Assist with office supply inventory and organization
  • Support internal meetings, events, and catering coordination


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate receptionist or front desk role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and standard office tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, polished demeanor with strong customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can compensate
