Job Title: Rebar Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated rebar fabricator to join our team on a long-term basis. Ideal candidates will have a strong experience in an industrial environment such as construction or general labor. This role requires flexibility to work both 1st shift (5:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and 2nd shift (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM), from Monday to Friday.

Work Environment
Our work environment is industrial yet comfortable, with employees working inside year-round, protected from the elements. The culture is team-centric, with all tasks completed in unison. Employees work 9 to 10-hour shifts depending on workload, with two 30-minute breaks. The day starts with a 'stretch and flex' session and a safety meeting. New hires undergo a three-week acclimation period with gradually increasing work hours. Paid breaks total about an hour each day
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
