Realty Technician 2 for their
Pasco, Washington location. In this role, you will support real property and right-of-way activities by providing both office and field-based assistance to realty specialists across a multi-state service area. Responsibilities include supporting land acquisition efforts, coordinating project-related activities, assisting with documentation and tracking, and working directly with internal teams, agencies, and landowners to help facilitate infrastructure projects.

Pay Range: $30.25 – 33.25/hr., DOE

100% ONSITE Key Responsibilities for Realty Technician 2:- Support real property and right-of-way activities by assisting with land use applications, encroachments, and case management processes.
- Maintain and update case files and tracking systems, including data entry and reporting within land information databases.
- Respond to general inquiries from landowners, developers, public agencies, and utility partners, providing guidance or routing more complex questions appropriately.
- Conduct property research by reviewing land records, acquisition documents, and rights-of-way information to support realty activities.
- Assist with acquisition support tasks, including document preparation, template updates, and preliminary title review documentation.
- Travel to project sites to gather field data, including taking measurements and photos to document property conditions or issues.
- Process application fees and support administrative aspects of realty transactions.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documentation, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications, and provide general administrative support to realty specialists and field teams.
- Provide backup support for administrative functions including phones, mail, travel coordination, and document management.
Requirements/Qualification for Realty Technician 2: - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in property management, real estate, title review, or a related field.
- Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and regulations, including familiarity with government real property procedures.
- Experience reviewing and working with real estate documents such as deeds, mortgages, liens, title reports, and property records.
- Understanding of real property services concepts such as surveying, mapping, right-of-way, or realty support services, or experience supporting projects involving these functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general data tracking systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document and explain information.
Additional Requirements- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
- Ability to obtain a Notary Public commission (OR or WA) within 60 days of start and maintain it throughout the assignment.
