Our Client is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with strong transactional experience to join its Los Angeles office. This role is ideal for attorneys who want to work on complex real estate deals, financings, and development projects while maintaining a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Advise clients on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
- Handle commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial) matters
- Support real estate finance transactions, including lender and borrower-side work
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- 2+ years of real estate transactional experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience handling commercial real estate transactions, and the ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
Billable Requirement
- 1,800 billable hours annually
Preferred Experience
- Experience with large-scale development projects
- Exposure to real estate finance (lender or borrower side)
- Familiarity with joint ventures and structured transactions
- Background from a mid-size or large law firm
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $300,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
