The Lead Multimedia Technician will play a key role in this mission by bringing technical expertise, creative vision, and courtroom -ready execution to a wide range of multimedia initiatives. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain audio -visual (“AV”) systems across firm offices, including conference rooms, event spaces, and remote collaboration platforms. • Provide on -site and remote AV support for strategic meetings, key internal or client -facing events, depositions, and presentations. • Troubleshoot AV equipment, software, and connectivity issues with professionalism and urgency. • Plan, capture, and edit high -quality video content for internal communications, training, marketing, and client deliverables. • Ensure consistent branding, professional polish, and legal compliance in all multimedia materials. • Maintain video archives and ensure secure handling of sensitive content . • Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support teams to develop compelling courtroom and arbitration presentations. • Produce demonstrative evidence materials, including interactive graphics and video exhibits. • Utilize tools such as VR/AR modeling, 3D rendering, and advanced presentation software to support complex cases. • Provide technical support during mock trials, hearings, and live proceedings (both in -person and virtual). Qualifications • College degree or equivalent IT experience ( 5+ years ) in multimedia production, AV management, or litigation support in legal/law firm environment preferred. • Exemplary customer service skills that focus on our working lawyers and business professionals • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills - both written and oral, a customer service - oriented attitude, a professional phone demeanor and the ability to deal with multiple tasks concurrently. • Excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency with video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro ). • Hands -on experience with AV systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Zoom Rooms, Extron, Polycom). • Familiarity with trial presentation software (e.g., TrialDirector, Sanction, OnCue) and tools used in VR/AR modeling or 3D visualization . • Flexib ility to travel , willingness to work overtime or on -call support as trial schedules dictate .
