Transaction Management

  • Support the General Counsel across the full transaction lifecycle, i.e., fund offerings, acquisitions, dispositions, development deals, and loan closings.
  • Own transaction checklists, track deliverables, deadlines, and open items across simultaneous matters, keeping the General Counsel informed and the deal team accountable.
  • Coordinate document execution logistics (signature packets, authority support, notary), and maintain organized, audit-ready closing binders and transaction files.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal
  • Notary Public (required).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams; comfortable managing document-heavy workflows, trackers, and shared drives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • High EQ - self-aware, calm under pressure, and effective at navigating cross-functional relationships while maintaining clear alignment with the General Counsel.
