A prominent top-tier law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join its New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile real estate and commercial lease disputes within a nationally recognized litigation practice.
This partner-track position provides meaningful client interaction, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to contribute to sophisticated real estate matters while working in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on real estate litigation and commercial lease disputes
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including strategy development
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Collaborate with team members on complex litigation strategies
• Maintain direct communication with clients and provide strategic guidance

Qualifications
• 3–8 years of experience as a Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney or Commercial Litigation Attorney
• Strong background in real estate and commercial lease litigation
• Admission to the New York Bar required
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
