Real Estate Leasing Agent

Our client, a leader in the property management industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Leasing Agent to join their dynamic team.  As a Real Estate Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal rental homes, supporting the company's mission to provide quality living spaces and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Real Estate Leasing Agent

Location: Airmont, NY (On-site)

Pay Range: $25.00/hr plus monthly commissions based on rentals secured

Shift: Varies on Day
 

What's the Job?

• Answer emails, check voicemails, and perform administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
• Post advertisements online for available apartments and rental properties to attract prospective tenants.
• Screen applicants by reviewing applications, conducting reference checks, and scheduling apartment visits.
• Take and upload high-quality photos of rental units to enhance online listings.
• Coordinate and schedule apartment showings and rental appointments with prospective tenants.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online advertising platforms.
• Prior experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
