Reports to: Director of Development
Pay Range: $100,000/yr - $150,000/yr
ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Development, this position sits at the intersection of financial analysis, design and project management, entitlements, and construction. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills and financial underwriting skills, with a relentless drive to keep projects moving forward, particularly through the permitting and approvals process.

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
3–8 years in real estate finance, real estate development, construction management, or a closely related field. Prior experience in multifamily, mixed-use, residential, office, or retail development preferred.
Technical Skills
Solid working knowledge of real estate financial modeling in Excel, including development budgets, sources and uses, and return analysis. Comfort reading construction drawings and specifications.
Attributes
Diplomatic communicator who can build relationships with agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and the tenacity to drive projects forward through bureaucratic processes.
