Our client, a boutique lifestyle law firm, is seeking a commercial real estate Counsel or rising Partner to join their team. Due to continued growth the firm has a practice-depth gap in this space and would like to focus on a candidate with strong practical skills and savvy business judgement. The role will work closely with partners from the Finance and Corporate groups. The firm provides substantial business development and marketing support along with an exceptional network of clients for those looking to build a book.
Billable hour expectation is 1400 hours/year with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office.
Compensation would be in the mid $200Ks to low $300Ks depending on experience.
