Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney – Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to independently manage the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions. This role requires a pragmatic, business-minded attorney who can balance legal risk with deal execution and drive transactions to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transactions end-to-end, from Letter of Intent (LOI) through closing.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including Commercial Loan Document, Purchase & Sale Agreement, Commercial Leases, Operating Agreement, Joint Venture (JV) Agreements and Demand Letters
• Handle title review, resolve complex title issues, and ensure seamless closing execution.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients including lenders, developers, investors, and brokers.
• Identify creative, legally sound solutions to overcome transactional obstacles and keep deals moving forward.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Florida bar license is required.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex deals from inception to closing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
• Highly responsive, with a commitment to client communication within 24 business hours.
• Tech-savvy and experienced with cloud-based, paperless workflows.
• A book of business is preferred but not required.
