Role Overview:
The Real Estate Leasing Attorney plays a central role in supporting the legal execution of complex commercial leasing activity within a large, multi-tenant real estate portfolio. This position partners closely with leasing leadership, executive stakeholders, and internal teams to structure, negotiate, and finalize a high volume of lease agreements and related real estate documents.
This role requires a professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple negotiations simultaneously, and exercising strong legal judgment across retail leasing, tenant relations, and broader real estate transactions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial retail leasing, strong contract negotiation skills, and the ability to act as a trusted legal advisor across the organization.
