This position offers the opportunity for direct client interaction and close collaboration with partners in a supportive, team-driven environment.
The successful candidate will work on commercial real estate and financing transactions involving a variety of property types, including mixed-use, office, multifamily, retail, hospitality, and resort assets. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan agreements, and property management agreements.
