About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded midsize Chicago law firm, is actively seeking a real estate lawyer with 4+ years of experience to join as an associate in its sophisticated real estate practice. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients on the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of various types of commercial real estate properties
Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
· Experience with real estate development and construction, asset management, and joint venture work is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials
· Large law firm experience preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000+.
