A prestigious and internationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join its New York office. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing matters.
This partner-track position is ideal for attorneys who are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to take ownership of transactions while working within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. The role provides direct client engagement and leadership opportunities on complex real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements for commercial real estate projects
• Manage development and construction-related aspects of real estate transactions
• Structure and oversee financing arrangements for real estate deals
• Interface directly with clients and provide strategic legal advice
• Lead transactions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members on complex, multi-faceted real estate matters

Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience as a Real Estate Associate Attorney or Real Estate Transactions Attorney
• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, development, and finance
• Admission to the New York Bar required
• Experience in a large law firm or comparable environment preferred
• Outstanding academic and professional credentials
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
