Job Title: Crisis & Incident Management Consultant

Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 weekly

Job Summary

:We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resilience consultant to provide targeted, execution-focused support across a visible and high-priority initiative. This role is designed to accelerate delivery against a critical enterprise resilience effort supporting Crisis & Incident Management enhancements

  • ntSupport execution of a structured enterprise Crisis & Incident Management enhancement roadmap across business, technology, and corporate function
  • s.Translate roadmap milestones into actionable workplans and drive delivery to defined timelines. Ability to shape concepts and effectively incorporate into plans and selected approache
  • s.Track and report progress against defined milestones, identifying risks and delay
  • s.Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of output
  • s.Develop and refine key deliverables, including operating models, governance frameworks, and response procedure
  • s.Synthesize stakeholder input into clear, actionable documentation and recommendation
  • s.Support preparation of materials for senior leadership updates and decision-making foru
  • msStrong project management skills and ability to partner with senior leaders across business line
  • s.Assist in resolving execution challenges and removing blocks across team

Required Qualificati

  • ons9 – 10+ years of experience in crisis & incident management with a strong focus on execution and delive
  • ry.Demonstrated experience supporting or executing crisis/incident management processes in complex, cross-functional environmen
  • ts.Proven ability to translate strategic roadmaps into executable workplans and drive delivery against defined timelin
  • es.Strong experience coordinating across business, technology, and corporate functions to deliver against shared objectiv
  • es.Experience developing and refining Crisis & Incident Management frameworks, governance structures, and response procedur
  • es.Ability to track execution progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delivery blocke
