Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite – New York, NY or Stamford, CT)

Type: Contract to Hire

Role Overview

Support executive-level hiring by managing interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and logistics. This role ensures a smooth, high-quality experience for both senior stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex interview scheduling for executives
  • Coordinate interview logistics (virtual & onsite)
  • Prepare interview schedules and agendas
  • Act as the main point of contact for executive candidates
  • Arrange candidate travel and handle expense coordination
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants
  • Maintain recruiting data and requisitions in Workday
  • Support additional recruiting activities as needed

Required Experience

  • Experience in Executive Assistant / Admin / Coordinator roles
  • Prior support to senior leaders or executives
  • Strong experience with scheduling, travel, and coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred

  • Experience in recruiting / HR / Talent Acquisition
  • Workday experience
