Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Radiology Director and/or Lead Technologist performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedure applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates the equipment used to produce digital radiographic/fluoroscopic images for the purpose of detecting pathology and abnormalities. Operates equipment safely and maintains ALARA standards while performing all types of procedures within the scope of an ARRT Radiologic Technologist. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with our internal and external customers, fellow employees, and other departments and facilities and our medical staff. This person must work closely with the radiologist staff and general medical staff.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Associate Degree
• 6 months experience Required Years of Experience
