How you'll make an impact in this role
Directed daily staffing assignments and 24/7 departmental scheduling, optimizing clinician-to-patient ratios to ensure high-quality care delivery and operational continuity.
Led the training, coaching, and performance evaluation of multidisciplinary staff; provided critical clinical input for talent acquisition and organizational development procedures.
Orchestrated seamless collaboration across the healthcare team to streamline patient flow, ensuring effective intervention and the achievement of targeted clinical outcomes.
Managed advanced diagnostic system performance, spearheading troubleshooting and quality control protocols to mitigate technical downtime and maintain diagnostic integrity.
Executed comprehensive supply chain audits and workload-vs-stock analyses, implementing strategic adjustments to maintain peak departmental readiness and fiscal responsibility.
