Job Title: Radio Frequency Design Engineer
Job Description
The RF Design Engineer will design, integrate, and validate RF and DC circuits for advanced RF amplifiers and modules used in demanding wireless communication, Satcom, radar, and electronic warfare applications. This role combines hands-on circuit design with extensive testing and validation, allowing you to take products from concept through prototype and into final integration. You will work with modern CAD tools, collaborate closely with experienced RF engineers, and play a direct role in shaping high-performance amplifier products.

Work Environment
This is an on-site role at a New Jersey facility with approximately 33 team members. The work schedule is a standard 8-hour day, with flexible start times typically around 8:00 or 9:00, and on-site presence is expected five days per week. You will work closely with a tight-knit group of RF engineers, including highly experienced senior engineers and a mid-level engineer, in an open and friendly environment where people collaborate and get along well. The engineering team uses modern CAD tools, including Altium Designer and other Cadence-based software, and develops products on 6- to 8-layer PCBs for advanced RF and microwave applications. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr.
