Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift (8-hour shifts, 40 hrs/week)
Compensation:
Radiation Therapist: $84,900 – $127,000+/year (DOE)
Hourly Range: $40.82 (min) – $51.03 (mid) – $61.23 (max)
Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 + relocation assistance available

The oncology program is supported by modern technology, an in-house Radiation Physician, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and long-term program stability.
Radiation Oncology Therapist – Day Shift
- Administer prescribed radiation treatments using Varian equipment and Aria software
- Work closely with radiation oncologists and the oncology care team
- Monitor patients during treatment and ensure safety and accuracy
- Maintain precise documentation using EPIC EMR
Requirements
- ARRT (T) certification in Radiation Therapy
- Arizona license (or eligibility)
- 2+ years of radiation therapy experience
- Experience with Varian/Aria and EPIC preferred
