Radiation Therapist – Radiation Oncology

Shift: Day, 5x8‑Hour (08:00 – 17:00)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, block scheduling available
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Oncology unit. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise with TrueBeam systems and demonstrate strong clinical and technical skills in patient care and radiation delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments using TrueBeam technology.
- Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records in EPIC.
- Adhere to department protocols, safety standards, and WellSpan guidelines.
- Participate in clinical screening and manager interviews as part of the onboarding process.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 2 years as a Radiation Therapist.
- Education: Associate’s Degree; graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program.
Certifications:
- ARRT (T) – required
- BLS – required
- Certifications marked preferred
- Technical Skills: EPIC experience required.
- Schedule Fit: Must be available for 08:00 – 17:00, Monday–Friday.

- Candidates will undergo a clinical review to determine fit.
- If approved, applications will be forwarded to the hiring manager for final interview and decision.
- Clinical screens are conducted on a case‑by‑case basis.
