This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position with 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday. The role includes coverage of both X-ray and DEXA and is based at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo.

Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo offers expert specialty and primary care services for the entire family. For common illnesses and injuries, same-day, walk-in care is available at Scripps HealthExpress and Scripps HealthExpress Pediatrics. Urgent care is also provided 7 days a week.

The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:

• Internal candidates
• Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
• New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

• CRT
• FLUORO Eligible (must obtain FLUORO within 6 months of hire date)
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT
• Dexa Experience
• Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
