Pay Rate: 25HR
Must Haves:
- Associate degree or better in Electrical/Electro-mechanical with 2+ years of relevant experience in lab failure analysis.
- Any med device and Electrical testing experience.
- Must be available to work in San Diego onsite possibly for a few days to months if needed. Then the person will transfer to the Valencia site.
Plusses:
- 1-2 years' experience in similar role
- Experience working with SAP and Salesforce
- Experience working with Post Market requirements and systems
Job Description:
This person will be responsible for performing quality testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis on returned products across electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. Documents findings and conclusions in the Global Complaint Management System (GCMS) while collaborating closely with technicians and quality engineers. Identifies product and process improvement opportunities, maintains lab operations, and supports training, record reviews, and continuous compliance with SOPs.
