The company is a leading manufacturer with highly automated production facilities and continued investment across its U.S. operations. Due to ongoing growth and expansion plans, they are looking to add to their Quality leadership team.

This position would suit someone with manufacturing quality and leadership experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and looking for long-term career growth.

The Role:

• Supervise and support a team of Quality Technicians and operators on shift
• Oversee quality control activities, inspections, testing, and product holds
• Support production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Coordinate shift activities, reporting, scheduling, and quality documentation
• Night shift position working 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule
• Full training provided on internal systems and processes

The Candidate:

• Leadership or supervisory experience within manufacturing quality
• Experience with quality control, testing, inspections, audits or regulated manufacturing environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and making operational decisions
• Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills (SAP experience is a plus)
