Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain ISO quality systems, ensuring accurate SOP documentation and supporting internal and external audits
  • Lead corrective‑action, complaint resolution, and customer‑facing quality activities, ensuring effective root‑cause analysis and timely corrective/preventive actions
  • Drive continuous improvement by designing and refining quality processes, applying statistical methods (SPC, sampling, CPK), and supporting APQP and design‑review activities
  • Serve as a primary QA resource for identifying issues, guiding problem resolution, and supporting design, development, and manufacturing engineering with quality standards and validations
  • Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen organizational understanding of quality tools, methodologies, and system effectiveness
  • Monitor and maintain quality systems such as Gage R&R, SPC, and product/process standards, preparing data‑driven reports to demonstrate system performance and improvements.


Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing environments
  • 3+ years working with ISO‑based quality systems, plus at least 1 year supervising or managing quality technicians
  • Familiar with SQC, SPC, FMEA, DOE process flow charting, risk analysis and other related Quality technologies
  • Experience with MRP systems and familiarity with process‑improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to lead or participate in process‑improvement teams to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.


Salary: $65k - $93k
