Quality Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA or Long Beach, CA

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Pay: $40-$60 h/r

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years construction quality management experience acting as a Quality Manager
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) certified
• Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) certified
• Experience working in large scale construction projects ($10M+ in budget)

Job Description:

Perform jobsite inspections to identify quality issues and verify corrective actions. Support development and execution of project‑specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs). Ensure work complies with contract documents and quality requirements. Review construction documents for constructability, accuracy, and key quality elements. Coordinate inspections, roles, and quality workflows with project teams. Lead and participate in quality meetings, inspections, mock‑ups, and first‑work reviews. Track and manage conformances and non‑conformances. Interface with architects, engineers, owners, and leadership to assess and report project quality health.
