Quality Manager

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting the quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Halstead, KS

Pay Range: $95,000 - $122,000

What's the Job?

• Manage and coordinate all quality management activities for the plant/operations unit.
• Support operational teams to achieve quality targets and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with external standards such as ISO 9001 and customer audits, as well as internal quality standards.
• Facilitate internal communication on all quality-related issues and coordinate incident handling and documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and assess new products, processes, and equipment affecting quality.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Quality management.
• Experience leading teams in project or production environments.
• Proficiency in managing Quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
• Strong skills in project management, process improvement, and problem-solving tools.
