$23.00 – $26.00/hr (higher possible for the right person)

A manufacturing company in Clinton Township is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Control Supervisor to oversee product inspection and lead a small quality team on the production floor.

This is a hands-on role focused on inspecting product as it comes off the machines and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small quality team on 2nd shift
• Inspect product as it comes off production machines
• Verify dimensions using tape measures and calipers
• Identify defects through measurement and visual inspection
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Support a safe and organized production environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• 2+ years of quality control or inspection experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and calipers accurately
• Forklift certification preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Experience in plastics, molding, machining, or similar manufacturing environments helpful
• Wood product experience is a plus but not required
