Quality Inspector/ Packager

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay Rate: $19-21/hr, depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control & Packaging Associate to support production and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for inspecting insulated wire for quality compliance, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing and warehouse environment.

• Inspect, check, test, and package insulated wire products to ensure they meet required specifications
• Perform in-process and final quality control inspections, identifying defects and color variations
• Wrap pallets and properly package orders to ensure safe transport
• Complete required shipping and departmental documentation accurately and on time
• Calculate total footage for production and customer orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) with various units of measure
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to see small defects and differentiate colors
• High level of manual dexterity and fine motor skills in both hands

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, warehouse, or shipping/packing environments is a plus

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Requires standing, lifting, manual handling, and repetitive hand movements

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Loveland,CO.
