Quality Inspector I-A2/B2 (SLC)

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a Quality Inspector I-A2/B2 (SLC) to join their team. As a Quality Inspector I-A2/B2 (SLC), you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting inspection and testing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector I-A2/B2 (SLC)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $20.33

Shift: B2 (12 hr) rotating shift, 6:30PM-6:30AM

What's the Job?

• Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to inspection plans and specifications
• Conduct routine and non-routine inspections using microscopes, calipers, and micrometers
• Ensure products comply with internal and external quality standards and specifications
• Support documentation processes including archiving and scanning of inspection records
• Assist in initiating Non-Conformance reports and support CAPA activities as needed

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; AA or technical degree preferred
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
