The Quality Inspector ensures that all products and services meet defined specifications and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Acting as the eyes of the customer, this role plays a critical part in identifying nonconformances, communicating findings, and supporting continuous improvement so that all quality processes meet both customer needs and internal standards.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing setting with regular exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, and associated noise levels. You will frequently walk, stand, bend, squat, and move continuously throughout the shift, and you must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as part of normal duties. The facility is well kept, with strong lighting and clearly presented, interactive diagrams and work instructions in each department to support safe and accurate work. You will spend time across multiple production areas, including sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding, finishing, assembly, and final inspection, working around a variety of tools, gauges, and inspection equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Binghamton, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
