Job Description


Overview This role focuses on continuous improvement, quality control, and execution. The Quality Engineer will monitor customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and ensure improvement projects are completed effectively so issues do not repeat. This is a strong individual contributor role with leadership potential. Ideal for a Quality Engineer who wants to grow into broader responsibility over time. What You’ll Do • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and operations • Track and analyze customer complaints and quality issues • Lead root cause analysis to prevent repeat problems • Support and execute improvement projects to completion • Use tools like FMEA, RCA, and corrective actions to strengthen processes • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained • Support quality strategy by turning plans into action


Compensation:

$100-115K


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
