Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Incident Program (Nonconformities & Corrective Actions)
  • Provide technical support for open quality incidents
  • Assist with root cause analysis
  • Collect and summarize quality data
  • Track due dates and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations
  • Assist with customer compliance and documentation requests
  • Develop and maintain controlled documents (work instructions, procedures, records)
  • Keep documents updated and accurate
  • Create new documentation as needed
  • Act as a gatekeeper for document control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process improvement
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience with quality tools (FMEA, CAPA, root cause analysis)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
