Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Incident Program (Nonconformities & Corrective Actions)
- Provide technical support for open quality incidents
- Assist with root cause analysis
- Collect and summarize quality data
- Track due dates and corrective actions
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations
- Assist with customer compliance and documentation requests
- Develop and maintain controlled documents (work instructions, procedures, records)
- Keep documents updated and accurate
- Create new documentation as needed
- Act as a gatekeeper for document control
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process improvement
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Experience with quality tools (FMEA, CAPA, root cause analysis)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
