Job Title: Quality Control Tech

2nd shift position

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Tech 1 for our 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday.

This hands-on role involves collaborating with production lines to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Initial training may occur during the first shift to ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the organization's Quality Management System policies, procedures, forms, and instructions.
  • Maintain product quality and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement new controls to achieve regulatory standards.
  • Document safety incidents in compliance with company, federal, state, and local regulations.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of GMPs (FDA, MDD, CMDCAS).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Experience with quality inspection and assurance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • 2+ years of quality experience.

  • Attention to detail and dependability.
  • Team player with positive communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulated industry impacts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • High school diploma required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
