POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Control Report Analyst serves the critical function of working with the Quality Control Business Leaders to ensure they have the reporting; tools and data needed to effectively execute on business strategy. Using relational databases and other reporting tools, compiles data pertaining to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization's internal processes. Collects, analyzes, and provides data used for making operational decisions within the Shared Services Division. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect Quality Control Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Policy/Procedure Development
- Oversees the documentation and maintenance of reports and metrics for Shared Services.
- Works with Shared Services Leaders to identify areas for process improvement through process analysis and efficiency metrics.
Performance Metrics
- Manages the creation and monitoring of dashboards for divisions along with profitability reports.
- Creates and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Works to design, implement, maintain, and track quality control findings.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to measure success.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management.
- Collaborate with leadership and business units to deliver data visualizations and dashboards, assisting in uncovering insights to drive business performance.
Operations
- Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulatory compliance that apply to position.
- Assure procedures address compliance with all laws and regulation.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/of Experience:
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred or 7 years related experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Bank profitability measures
- 3-5 years’ experience in the areas of Data Analysis and Reporting tools
- Process Analysis experience a plus

COMPLIANCE:
- As generally applicable to F&M Bank and commensurate with these job functions, this job role includes accountabilities for following Bank policies and related procedures, as well as regulatory requirements involving federal and state laws, regulations, and related guidance.
- Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), including accurate completion of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) when applicable, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and the USA PATRIOT Act. Adhere to Customer Identification, Customer Due Diligence and reporting of suspicious activities to the BSA Department.
