Summary:

Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T), Aseptic & Microbial Process Control Sciences (AMPCS), is seeking an engaged, organized, self-driven individual to perform microbiology laboratory testing and evaluate microbial growth characteristics in support of clinical and commercial technology transfers. The successful candidate will work effectively with cross-functional teams and independently to meet project goals

  • ingPerform basic microbiology testing (e.g., bioburden/microbial counts and growth-promotion testing) using aseptic techniq
  • ue.Perform laboratory tests and related support work using standard and computerized equipment (e.g., electronic lab notebook) according to approved protocols/procedur
  • es.Maintain laboratory operations by cleaning equipment, supporting preventive-maintenance schedules, and managing lab suppli
  • es.Document test results and write test reports that describe methods and outcomes, including authoring final reports as need
