Quality Control Inspector - Manufacturing

Trident Consulting is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector (Manufacturing) for one of our industry leading clients.

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (Manufacturing)

Location: Liberty, MO – 64068 (Onsite)

• Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Overtime: Available, including weekends

Pay Details:

• Pay Rate Range: $22/hr – $26/hr on W2

Job Summary

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure that rupture discs and related accessories meet all documented guidelines outlined by manufacturing procedures, drawings, national standards, customer specifications, and other applicable requirements.

This will be done through receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, and calibration of precision measuring devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company procedures and certification standards to ensure all products meet drawings, work orders, and customer requirements
• Perform receiving inspection of purchased parts
• Conduct first-article and in-process inspection in CNC area
• Perform final inspection before packaging and shipment
• Route accepted parts to the next processing stage
• Identify and document non-conforming products
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment
• Track and enter inspection data into system
• Prepare non-conformance reports and weekly updates
• Perform additional duties as required based on workload

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Industrial Technology or related field preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Intermediate math skills
• Intermediate reading skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of certification standards and codes
• Basic computer knowledge (ERP, Windows, MS Office)
