Appraisal Quality Control Analyst


The Quality Control Analyst plays a critical role in Opteon AMC’s customer experience by executing a defined review process for each appraisal product in accordance with Opteon quality standards and client-specific requirements.


This role serves as a key liaison between clients and appraisers, ensuring report quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. As a client- and appraiser-facing position, strong organizational and communication skills are essential.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide detailed appraisal feedback and communicate required revisions to appraisers
  • Manage client and appraiser communication (written and verbal) to meet expectations while maintaining strong relationships
  • Partner directly with appraisers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports
  • Apply established policies, procedures, and industry guidelines to maintain efficient workflows
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism in all interactions, including phone communication
  • Manage multiple workflows simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Oversee payment processes to ensure all reports are paid or invoiced prior to delivery
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by identifying and sharing ideas to enhance processes and policies
  • Meet or exceed departmental and individual performance goals

  • Prior experience - Must have a minimum of two years of experience working in appraisal quality control.
  • Current appraisal certification or licensure (preferred, but not required)
  • Must be able to work shift from 9am-6pm (PST) with 1 hour lunch
