Role Description
In collaboration with the President, the Quality Assurance Manager will implement and manage the quality assurance program to the requirements 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, including current NQA-1 requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience; or ten to twelve years of progressively responsible related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Must have experience training personnel on the nuclear quality program and procedures. Requires strong organizational and project management skills. Able to influence and direct work of individuals who do not report to this position. Strong ethics and the ability to exercise good judgment. Thorough understanding of Quality Assurance regulations, standards and guidelines (10CFR50 App.B, 10CFR21, NQA-1, etc.)
