About the role

Support distribution quality oversight across U.S. partners within a regulated environment. This role ensures compliance with GDP standards and drives effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Distribution Partners (3PLs) to ensure compliance with GDP regulations
• Prepare and maintain Quality Agreements with external partners
• Review and manage deviations, CAPA, and change controls
• Track and maintain KPIs related to distribution quality and performance
• Analyze and resolve compliance and customer issues, including escalation handling
• Stay current with GDP and logistics regulations to support QMS improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or allied health field (or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) or similar regulated environment
• Experience in QMS processes: CAPA, deviations, change control, Quality Agreements
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $65–$75/hr (W-2)
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results
