Key Responsibilities
- Testing Strategy & Governance Define and own the end-to-end testing strategy, including planning, scope, traceability, and stage-gate governance.
- Establish robust quality assurance frameworks, standards, and best practices across the program.
- Ensure alignment of testing activities with overall program objectives and timelines.
- Test Execution Leadership Oversee and drive test execution across multiple streams including Oracle ERP, data & reporting, and automation.
- Manage defects, risks, and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement Engage and communicate effectively with senior IT and business stakeholders, including CXO/SVP-level leadership.
- Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and quality reports to executive leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor on testing assurance and program quality.
- Program Assurance Ensure quality across all phases of the transformation lifecycle, from planning through implementation and go-live.
- Drive accountability across onsite and offshore teams within a global delivery model.
- Conduct reviews, audits, and quality checkpoints to ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with program managers, business teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
- Align testing efforts across multiple workstreams to ensure integrated and seamless delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Testing, Quality Assurance, or Program Assurance roles.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end testing assurance in large, complex transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in test strategy, governance, traceability, and stage-gate processes.
- Hands-on experience managing test execution, defects, risks, and issue resolution.
- Experience working across Oracle ERP, data/reporting systems, and test automation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
