SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Auditor plays a critical role in maintaining and improving vehicle quality across key areas, including build quality, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and accessory installation at port facilities. This position involves inspecting vehicles, identifying deficiencies, ensuring compliance with Subaru standards, and contributing to quality enhancement initiatives. Ideal candidates have a blend of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to train and collaborate effectively.
Must be able to accommodate a rotating work schedule as highlighted below.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2 to 4 years experience and Associates Degree preferred. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification required in absence of an Associate's Degree.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
COMPENSATION: The recruiting hourly range for this full-time position is $27.64-$33.65 an hour Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance. (Internal Job Grade: P1)
