QA Test Manager – Workday / ERP

Job Summary

We are hiring a Test Lead / QA Lead to drive end-to-end testing for a large-scale Workday ERP implementation within a statewide public sector transformation program.

This role is responsible for leading test strategy, planning, execution, and go-live readiness across a complex ecosystem involving finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and multiple integrated systems.

You will work across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure Workday and connected systems function correctly, integrations are validated, and business processes are production-ready.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a coordination-only position. You will define testing frameworks, manage execution across multiple phases (system, integration, UAT), and drive defect resolution and readiness decisions.

Candidates must have prior experience leading ERP or Workday testing in large enterprise or public sector environments. Profiles without ERP testing leadership experience will not be considered.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• 10+ years of experience in software testing / QA leadership roles
• Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Lead on ERP implementations (Workday strongly preferred)
• Strong experience with integration testing, UAT coordination, and data validation
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
• Experience building test strategies, RTM, and enterprise-level test plans
• Experience with SaaS platform testing and system integrations (APIs, data migration)
• Experience supporting cutover planning and go-live readiness
