Pay Range: $100 - $108/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC program development, monitoring, and performance metrics
• Analyze quality trends and drive root cause & corrective actions
• Conduct field audits, inspections, and QA/QC compliance checks
• Review MEP submittals, drawings, and vendor documentation
• Support and validate Level 1–5 commissioning activities
• Collaborate across design, construction, and operations teams
• Drive issue resolution using BIM360 / ACC tools
• Participate in Factory Witness Tests (FWTs) and site inspections
• Develop QA dashboards, reporting tools, and tracking matrices
• Train and guide QA/QC teams on best practices

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years in QA/QC for data centers or mission-critical construction
• Strong expertise in Mechanical & Electrical systems (MEP)
• Hands-on experience with commissioning (L1–L5)
• Experience working in cross-functional (XFN) environments
• Background in design-build or construction project delivery
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360
• Vendor management & subcontractor coordination experience
• Experience in hyperscale or large infrastructure projects
