About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Assistant role based in City of Industry, CA. The role requires a detail-oriented and efficient individual who supports the company's procurement goals and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and processing purchase orders
  • Review purchase requests for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, order status, and delivery schedules
  • Track orders and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain purchasing records and documentation
  • Support vendor price comparisons and basic cost analysis
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support purchasing needs
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • 0–2 years of experience in purchasing, administrative support, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of purchasing or office processes preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • ERP system experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred


Compensation & Benefits

$25.04 – $28.04 per hour, with final offer will depend on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
