We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Agent for a well-established company. The ideal candidate for the Purchasing Agent role will be responsible for the planning and procurement process for raw goods, components, and consumable parts while planning schedules and solving logistical challenges.
Purchasing Agent Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in fabrication or construction preferred.
• Ability to read CAD drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with ERP Systems is a plus
• Positive, proactive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Providing sales with accurate pricing for estimating projects and providing new pricing.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, delivery, and pricing.
Purchasing Agent Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $60K - $80K, based on experience
